On the Junior Sand practice facility.

This unique curriculum combines golf skills with character development. The program is year round and is designed for young golfers from ages 6-18. All abilities are welcome. The golfer is placed in his/her appropriate skill level and are able to advance through the 6 levels of comprehensive instruction at their own pace. After passing each Level Test, students will receive a Bag Tag . The program is intertwined with 8 "Play Days" a month where the children play on the course with their parents or adult supervision.

 

Pam Bowers is our Program

Director and owner. She grew

up in Henderson playing junior

 golf and for the Basic High

School golf team. She attended

SDSU on a golf scholarship and

played on the Futures Golf Tour, as well as LPGA events. Pam received her formal training through the PGA and Nike Golf.  For the second consecutive year, US Kids Golf has awarded Pam the US Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Teacher Award. This prestigious award categories both her and our program to be among the best in the nation. Her heart for kids, fun and 24 years as a teaching professional bring a unique enthusiasm to the Junior Golf Academy.

 

Dale Bowers is the JGA

Director of Operations and a

JGA Certified Golf Instructor.  His

teaching skills and patience are a

great asset to our Academy.
